Our company was founded in 2018, but we have almost ten years of experience in the field.

We have several manufacturing places around Czech Republic, due to this fact, we provide flexible production capacity.
Diversity in human resources
We employ more than 110 employees and 90 % of our employees has ¨some medical disadvantaged.
Manufacturing point Miroslav
Headquarters of our company.
We are based in Miroslav, where we employ 12 employees and there is an administrative part of the entire Lilacosta company.
Manufacturing of certified organic cosmetics.
The main activity here is the our production of certified organic cosmetics Pure Harmony.
Manufacturing point Jihlava
Main manufacturing point
We employ here more than 80 employees.
Cooperation activities
For the company dm-drogerie markt we stick daily more than 20 000 products.
We cooperate in long term horizon also with german company Heilemann. For this company we assembly wooden writing accessories – tens of thousands of pieces per month.
Our production
In Jihlava we have also our own wood processing manufacture of bee frames. We produce more than 100 000 pcs of bee frames per year.

Cooperation activities
For the company TON we are participate in the production of bentwood furniture. For the ecological company Ekokoza we improve ecological packaging.
